Every item on our site comes with Broken Beauties 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we’ll refund your money or exchange it with any other item.

Because of the temporary usage nature of the Broken Beauties products, please contact Broken Beauties Customer Service Dept. within 5 business days. Then return the item within 7 days for your full refund or exchange.

Simply return the item to the “Returns” address listed on the bottom of the packing list included with your order.

Send the package UPS ground, Fed-Ex or US postal Service. COD’s are not accepted.

If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed!

Cut Off time for Overnight orders is 2pm Mountain Time.

Overnight orders received on Friday will go out on Saturday.

Orders received after 12pm on Fridays that are either Fed-Ex Ground or US Postal Service 3-5 day priority mail packages will not go out until Monday.
